BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1. A non-refundable deposit $500 AUD secures your place and the balance must be paid before 12th April 2023

2. Booking priority will be given to guests who have met the requirements for deposits and payment. Rooms cannot be held unless the deposit has been paid.

3. Booking is only confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email.

4. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, I will endeavour to treat cancellations sympathetically, however once a booking is made considerable administration costs are incurred.

The fees refundable are as follows:

  • Cancellation before 12/4/23

Any monies paid minus $500 non refundable deposit

  • Cancellation after 12/4/23

No refund. If someone can take your spot you will receive a full refund.

5. In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled a full refund will be offered. No responsibility can be taken for travel booked or other costs incurred.

6. It is highly advisable to take out appropriate holiday insurance

7.All medical information and food allergy details must be disclosed in booking form.

8. Transportation to Cleveland and the return ferry transport is not included. You will receive further information about how to arrange your transport and transport options once the guest list is confirmed.
