Traditionally yoga is practiced in an intimate environment, one teacher and student. 

With the popularity of yoga in modern society and busier lifestyles, group classes have become the mainstay approach to yoga.

One size doesn't fit all and there may be times that group classes don't cater to the needs of the practitioner or it might not be accessible.

Whether you are looking at starting your first class and don't know where to start or you are wanting to progress your practice, private classes are a way to enrich your practice and to help facilitate growth on a more prescriptive and individualised level.

One on one and small group (2-3 students) classes available.
